Prior to sending or publishing organic promotional material, ALL artwork including copy must be submitted to Melbourne Cup Carnival Travel & Experiences for approval. Creative must be sent to Claire Dyett ([email protected]) to send to our Marketing Team, with a minimum of five (5) business days required to obtain approval from Melbourne Cup Carnival Travel & Experiences.
Templates will be provided for you to use to ensure our brand is being represented correctly. Please do not alter the branding in any way outside of the brand guidelines provided to you.
As discussed throughout onboarding, you will need to abide by our Marketing Rights to proceed with re-selling Melbourne Cup Carnival Travel & Experiences packages. Marketing rights state all promotional activity must be done 'below-the-line', meaning you are not permitted to advertise with paid or run e-Commerce functionality on your websites. All promotion activity must be organic - including eDM sends, organic social media posts, and enquiry only pages on your website. When signing up to become a Reseller, you agree to these Marketing Rights. This includes stating you are an Melbourne Cup Carnival Travel & Experiences Official Reseller in your 'below-the-line' marketing.
